1. Power
Use a non-PoE Switch to connect data using an Ethernet cable and use a power adapter to power the camera.
Power requirements
PoE, IEEE 802.3at PoE+ class
4, (Adapter not included)
2. Network Connection
See page 11 for connection options.
3. Audio in
Connect the 'audio in' port of the camera to the microphone directly or the 'line out' port of the amplifier
connected with a microphone.
If the microphone is connected directly, the microphone with the embedded amplifier, such as a condenser
microphone, needs to be used.
4. Audio out
Connect the 'audio out' port of the camera to the 'line in' port of the speaker.
If a speaker is connected to the
audio output without an amplifier,
it will not work properly. A speaker
with an aplifier or a separate
amplifier is needed.
5. Alarm out/relay out (DO)
Connects to the alarm lights, siren
or lamps and the sensor types are
normal open and normal close.
6. Sensor/alarm input (DI)
The sensor/alarm input device's
cable should connect to the + and
- of the Terminal Block.
7. SD card slot
See page 13.
