The warranty extends only to Metropolitan France.
The warranty does not cover user manuals, applications, settings,

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.

The warranty does not cover any deterioration of the product due to

misuse, including but not limited to those caused by objects, pressure or
dropping.
The warranty does not cover any use of the product that does not

comply with the precautions for use stipulated in the user manual.
The warranty does not cover any damage caused to the product by

another smart product or used with an accessory or software that is not
supplied by Logicom.
The warranty does not cover any damage to the battery.

The warranty does not cover the product or its accessories if it has been

dismantled or modified in any way.
The warranty does not cover any product not identifiable by its serial

number or IMEI number(s). If elements have been removed, erased,
modified or rendered illegible, the guarantee does not apply.
• The warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by
exposure to moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosion, oxidation, or any
type of liquid.
• The warranty does not cover damage to the SIM reader(s) or MicroSD
reader.
Under all circumstances, the legal guarantee for hidden defects will apply in
accordance with articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code and L.211-1
and following of the Consumer Code.
