Remove the battery:
1.
Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (1).
2.
Remove the speaker cable from the clips along the bottom of the battery (2).
3.
Remove the three Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screws (3) that secure the battery to the computer.
4.
Remove the battery from the computer (4).
To install the battery, reverse the removal procedures.
