CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Cleaning the Door & Chamber
• Clean the door with a clean, lint-free cloth moistened
with isopropyl alcohol. Wipe down the surface.
• The cartridge area may be cleaned with a cotton swab
moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
Clean the Touch Screen display with a clean, lint-free cloth moistened with water
• Do not use any liquid other than water when cleaning the Touch Screen!
• To avoid damage avoid excess water on the Touch Screen!
• Never use isopropyl alcohol on the Touch Screen!
Cleaning the Exterior
• The surface of the MyCare Insite Analyser should be cleaned with a clean, lint-free cloth only moistened
with isopropyl alcohol. Wipe down the exposed surfaces.
• Follow site protocols for cleaning intervals.

SHUTDOWN AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
Before shutting down the MyCare Insite for repair or disposal, ensure that there is no Cuvette left in the Analyser
Chamber. To protect the Analyser in shipping the original packaging must be used with the transport lock installed
to prevent damage in transport.
For proper waste management according to the Directive 2012/19/EU please contact your Official Saladax
Distributor. Used cartridges need to be disposed of with laboratory waste according to the corresponding
regulations.
