Support Diagnostics
Support Diagnostics should only be accessed when you are talking with a Sonos
Support representative (800-680-2345). For general Sonos support information, go to
http://www.sonos.com/support.
From your Desktop Controller software:
From the Sonos File menu, click Preferences.

Click the Support Diagnostics tab.

Click Submit Diagnostics if you are instructed to by your Sonos Support
