LIMITED WARRANTY
Phoenix Gold International, Inc. (or "Phoenix Gold") warrants its products against
defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period of time. For a period of
one (1) year from date of original purchase, we will repair or replace the electronic
product, at our option, without charge for parts and labor. The limited warranty
period is EXTENDED to three (3) years from date of original purchase if the
product was originally installed by an authorized Phoenix Gold electronics dealer
and accompanied by a valid sales receipt showing a charge for installation.
Customer must pay all parts and labor charges after the limited warranty period
expires. The limited warranty period for factory refurbished products expires after
ninety (90) days from date of original purchase. This limited warranty applies only
to purchases from authorized Phoenix Gold Electronics and Speaker retailers.
This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is valid only to
consumers in the United States. Consumers are required to provide a copy of the
original sales invoice from an authorized Phoenix Gold dealer when making a
claim against this limited warranty. This limited warranty only covers failures due
to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not
cover failures resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling,
misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, modification, service by anyone other
than Phoenix Gold, or damage that is attributable to Acts of God. It does not
cover costs of transportation to Phoenix Gold or damage in transit.
This warranty will become void if the serial number identification has been wholly
or partially removed, altered or erased. Repair or replacement under the terms of
this warranty does not extend the terms of this warranty.
Should a product prove to be defective in workmanship or material, the con-
sumer's sole remedies will be repair or replacement as provided under the terms
of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall Phoenix Gold be liable for loss or
damage, direct, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of or inability to
use the product. There are no express warranties other than described above.

Phoenix Gold International, Inc. (ou PHOENIX GOLD) garanti ses produits contre
toute défectuosité en pièce et main d'œuvre pour une période de temps limité.
Pendant une période d'un an de la date originale d'achat, nous allons réparer ou
remplacé le produit électronique, à notre discrétion, sans frais de pièce ou de
main d'œuvre. La période de garantie limitée est prolongée jusqu'à trois (3) ans à
partir de la date originale d'achat si le produit a été originalement installé chez et
par un marchand autorisé Phoenix Gold (produits électroniques) et accompagné
d'une facture ou d'un reçu valide démontrant des frais pour l'installation du
produit en question. Le consommateur devra assumer tous les frais de pièce et
de main d'œuvre une fois la période de garantie expirée. La période de garantie
limitée pour des produits remballée à l'usine expire après quatre-vingt dix (90)
jours suivant la date d'achat original. Cette garantie n'est valide que pour les
produits achetés chez un marchand autorisé Phoenix Gold (électronique et
haut-parleur).
Cette garantie limitée est prolongée seulement pour l'acheteur original et n'est

attribué par un acte de Dieu. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les coûts de transports
chez Phoenix Gold ou les dommages occasionnés pendant le transport.

enlevé. La réparation ou le remplacement du produit selon les termes ne prolonge
en rien la période de cette garantie.

• TCCH tm Thermal Convection Cooled Heatsink. This proprietary design
uses a variable speed fan to ensure that the Titanium amplifiers keeps its
cool when the music gets hot!
• TAIM tm Timed Acoustically Integrated Muting. Ensures dead silent turn
on and turn off. No clicks, pops or buzzes.
• Output current sensing allows the Titanium amplifiers to automatically
optimize the power supply and output stage to reliably operate at
impedances as low as 2 ohms bridged or 1 ohm stereo.
• 24dB per octave, high pass or low pass crossover. Continuously
variable from 40 Hz to 800 Hz.
• Auxiliary outputs route high pass, low pass or full range signals to
another amplifier.
• Twin-T tm Bass Boost circuit provides up to 18dB of boost at 45 Hz.
• Optional LPL44 tm Low Pass Level controller allows the driver to adjust
bass volume from the driver's seat.

• Optional RDDP Remote Diagnostic Display Panel uses two tri-color
LED's allowing the driver to monitor the amplifier's battery voltage,
power-on, thermal and overload status.
• Optional SDT tm Superior Digital Technology allows the driver to monitor
the amplifier's battery voltage with a vacuum florescent display along
with a tri-color LED indicating power-on, thermal and overload status.
