Il bordo smussato del raccogli-
tore e il ribasso perimetrale del
coperchio garantiscono una
perfetta tenuta.
La superfi cie interna del coper-
chio é piana per consentire,
raschiando sul bordo smussato
del raccoglitore, di far scivolare
all'interno eventuali residui rimasti
appiccicati al coperchio.
ATTENZIONE
Non si possono lavorare:
- prodotti non commestibili
- prodotti con ossa
- merce surgelata o congelata
Caricamento prodotto
da lavorare
1 Ruotare l'impugnatura di blocco.
2 Sfi lare e sollevare il coperchio
di protezione
3 C o l l o c a r e i l p r o d o t t o n e l
raccoglitore
4 Appoggiare il coperchio di
protezione sul raccoglitore e
spingerlo contro il basamento
5 Girare verso destra l'impugna-
tura fi nché scatta nella propria
sede bloccando il coperchio di
protezione.
6 Premere il pulsante verde
per avviare la macchina
Dall'apposita apertura sul coper-
chio di protezione é possibile
aggiungere altri pezzi di prodotto
da lavorare durante la rotazione
delle lame.
Affi latura
Quando il prodotto non viene
lavorato regolarmente, eseguire
l'operazione di affi latura seguendo
le modalità indicate nella pag. 10.
The blunt edge of the pan and
the external lowering of the cover
assure a perfect fi t.
The internal surface of the cover
is fl at so that eventual residual
products stuck on tha cover can
be scraped off the blunt edge of
the pan.
WARNING
The following cannot be
worked:
- not-eatable products
- foodstuffs with bones
- frozen products
How to load the
product to be worked
1 Rotate the clamping handle.
2 Remove and lift the protection
cover.
3 Insert the product into the pan.
4 Lay the protection cover upon
the pan and push it to the base.
5 Rotate the clamping handle
to right until it clicks and
clamping the protection cover.
6 Press the pushbutton green
to switch on the machine.
A s p e c i a l o p e n i n g o n t h e
protection cover is possible to
add other foodstuffs during the
rotation of the blades.
Sharpening
If the product is not regularly work
the blade must be sharpened
f o l l o w i n g t h e i n s t r u c t i o n s
indicated in page 10.
