Affi latura lama
Qualora il risultato del taglio non è
soddisfacente si rende necessa-
ria l'operazione di affi latura delle
lame. Gli intervalli di tempo che

intercorrono tra una operazione e

la successiva, dipendono dall'uso
della macchina e dal tipo di mer-
ce tagliata. Questa operazione
deve essere eseguita con estrema

attenzione.

SODDISFACENTE, SOSTITUIRE
ENTRAMBE LE LAME (pag. 12).
Operazione di Affi latura
Munirsi di guanti protettivi

Per una corretta affilatura delle
lame procedere secondo le
indicazioni seguenti:
Assicurarsi che la macchina sia

spenta.
2
Ruotare l'impugnatura di bloc-
co del coperchio di protezione.
3
Sfi lare e sollevare il coperchio
di protezione.
4
Sfi lare il gruppo lame facendo
attenzione alla parte tagliente.
5
Sfi lare il raccoglitore.
6
Eseguire la pulizia delle lame
liberandole dai residui dei
prodotti.
7
Reinserire il gruppo lame nel
supporto lame.
8
Eseguire l'affi latura utilizzando
la superfi cie a grana grossa e
togliere le bave con la parte a
grana fi ne della pietra.

Terminata l'operazione di affi -
latura, sfi lare il gruppo lame.
10
Pulire le lame dai residui della
polvere di affi latura, rimontare
il tutto seguendo le operazioni
in senso inverso.
Blade sharpening
If the cut is not adequate, the
blade must be sharpened. The
intervals between the sharpening
operations depend on the use
of the machine and the kind of
products to be cut.
This operation must be effected by
very attention.
WARNING
IF THE SHARPENING IS NOT
ADEQUATE TO REPLACE BOTH
BLADES WHEELS (page 12).
Operazione di Affi latura
Wear protective gloves
For a correct sharpening of the
blades follow these instructions:
Make sure that the machine

is off.

Rotate the protection cover
clamping handle.
3
Remove and lift the protection
cover.
4
Remove the blades without
skimming over the cutting edge.
5
Remove the pan.
6
Clean the blades removing any
residue of the product.
7
Re-position the blades.
8
Sharpen them using the course
grained surface. Remove the
burr using the fine grained
surface of the stone.
9
When the blade sharpening is
fi nished, remove the blades.
10
Cleaning the blades and remove
the grinding dust, re-assembly
follow the reverse procedure.
