Test di sicurezza

Dopo ogni riparazione e/o sostituzione di un componente, comunque in ogni caso si debba intervenire sui componenti in-
terni della macchina, è necessario poi effettuare i test di sicurezza previsti dalla normativa EN/IEC 60335-1.
I test da effettuare, usando un apparecchio adeguato e specifico (tipo il modello TG uni 1 prodotto da GMW Gossen METRA-
WATT) o altri equivalenti, sono i seguenti.
- Continuità di terra ( la resistenza ohmica deve essere inferiore a 0,1 Ohm);
- Isolamento elettrico (alimentare con 500 DC; La resistenza ohmica deve essere superiore a 2 MOhm).
Procedura:
La macchina non ha parti metalliche esterne, bisognerà quindi mettere in contatto la sonda dello strumento di misura con
la caldaia vapore, attraverso l'apposito foro sul fondo (vedi figura).
Collegare poi la spina della macchina allo strumento di misura.
5. Safety testing
After repair and /or replacement of any part, or whenever the machine is opened up, once re-assembled, safety testing
must be performed in accordance with the EN/IEC 60335-1.
The tests must be carried out using the proper device (e.g. model TG uni 1 produced by GMW Gossen METRAWATT, or an
equivalent one), and are as follows:
- Protective Earth continuity test( ohmic resistance must be less than 0,1 Ohm);
- Protective insulation test (supply 500 DC, ohmic resistance must be over 2MOhm).
Procedure:
The machine does not have external and therefore the test device probe must be connected through the dedicated hole
on the bottom of the machine (see picture) in order to ensure contact with the lower metallic part of the steamer.
Then plug the machine into the dedicated socket on the test device.
