2.7. Lavaggio a mano del Sistema Rapid Cap-
puccino (R.C.S.)
Attendere il raffreddamento della macchina e leg-
gere le Norme generali di sicurezza pag 6.
INFORMAZIONI: nel caso in cui non si disponga di una
lavastoviglie, i componenti dell'R.C.S. possono esse-
re lavati manualmente. In tal caso, la procedura deve
essere eseguita quotidianamente per ottenere un'ef-
ficienza massima.
1 Smontare il "Sistema Rapid Cappuccino" (R.C.S.).
Fare riferimento alla sezione Montaggio/Smontaggio
del "Sistema Rapid Cappuccino".
2 Risciacquare con cura eventuali residui di latte sotto
l'acqua del rubinetto.
3 Immergere tutti i componenti in acqua calda (circa 40°C)
con sapone detergente per almeno 30 minuti.
4 Risciacquare i componenti con acqua potabile, asciugarli
con un panno umido pulito e riassemblarli.

INFORMATION: Where a dishwasher is not available,,
the R.C.S. components can be washed manually. In
such cases, the procedure must be performed daily
for a maximum efficiency.
1 Disassemble the "Rapid Cappuccino System" (R.C.S.).
Refer to the section on "Assembling/Disassembling
of Rapid Cappuccino System".
2 Carefully rinse away any milk residue under tap water.
3 Soak all components in warm water (approximately
40°C) with soap detergent for at least 30 minutes.
4 Rinse with drinking water, dry with a clean damp cloth
and reassemble.
