Question: Why can't I record the sound from the microphone?

Follow the instructions below:
1.
Double-click the speaker symbol on the taskbar.
2.
Click Options and select Properties.
3.
Select Recording in Adjust volume and confirm Microphone is checked in Show
the following volume controls, then click OK.
4.
Confirm Select is checked in Microphone of Recording Control dialog box.
5.
Close the Recording Control dialog box.
Question: Why can't find the drivers and applications?

You may accidentally remove them. They are stored on the last recovery disk. (i.e.
when two recovery CDs are provided, they are stored on the "Disk 2".) When you
are not sure how to install them or the CD does not have the drivers or applications,
consult local service staff.
