Electrical Connections

Warning
Electrical connections should only be connected by qualified personnel!
Before connecting the power supply cable and the relay contacts: Disconnect the
mains voltage!
Observe the local safety regulations!
The pump housing must only be opened by personnel authorised by ALLDOS!
Protect the cable connections and plugs against corrosion and humidity.
Only remove the protective caps from the sockets that are being used.

Etron Profi Electronics (optional)

Caution
The power supply must be electrically isolated from the signal inputs and outputs.
Caution
There is a danger that the connected evaluation unit could be destroyed! If the
device connected to the current output has a GND-PE reference, the current output
may increase to a multiple of 20 mA! If this is the case, connect an isolating ampli-
fier between the device and the output.
6.1.1

Connecting the Etron Profi Electronics

To connect the Etron Profi Electronics refer to the enclosed instruction manual 'Etron
Profi Pump Electronics'.
Note
Socket 1 is not used for KM pumps.

Electrical servomotor (optional)

To connect the servomotor to the mains supply, please refer to the instructions for the
servomotor.
6.3

Electronic stroke preset counter (optional)

To connect the stroke preset counter to the mains supply, please refer to the instructions
for the stroke preset counter.

Electrically heated dosing head (optional)
