  • Page 6 Back‐up Power Option: This electric lift chair has been  equipped with a Safety Battery Back‐up Option. This battery  back‐up function is important to use when the electricity  supply stops (power outage). Please ensure you place 2 X 9  volt batteries into the transformer piece during assembly.   The battery back‐up will deliver enough power to return the  lift chair back to the beginning position – please note that the  batteries will only provide enough power for ONE MOTION  back to the original position and is not for continued use. This  is to ensure you are able to get out of chair safely in the event  of a power outage.  Please ensure to replace the batteries after each power outage  event and use with the battery motion.  60495...
