RESOLVING PROBLEMS

This device should only be repaired or disassembled by a qualified person. If problems persist, contact
the manufacturer. Improper repair will void the warranty and may cause the device to malfunction,
resulting in injury and property damage. Only use the device according to the instructions in these
operating instructions and only perform the operations advised here.
PROBLEM
The device does not
work.
The
cooling
or
heating
effect
is
insufficient.
The device is leaking.

REASON
There is no electricity.
Ambient temperature is too
low or too high.
In cooling mode, the room
temperature is lower than the
desired
temperature;
heating mode, the room
temperature is higher than
the desired temperature.
In dehumidification mode, the
ambient temperature is low.
There is direct sunlight.
Doors or windows are open;
there are many people in the
room; or in cooling mode,
there are
other heat sources present in
the room.
The grilles are dirty/clogged.
The air inlet or outlet is
blocked.
The device is skewed.
The drain pipe is blocked.
SOLUTION
Make sure the plug is in the socket and
that the socket is working normally.
Use
the
machine
temperature between 7 and 35°C.
Reset the desired room temperature.

Close doors and windows; increase air
