The appliance must be installed on a solid vertical wall by a technically competent person. The
electrical supply must be connected only after the installation is complete.
R290 refrigerant gas complies with European environmental directives.
R290 has a low GWP (Global Warming Potential) of 3. The air conditioner contains
approximately 290g of R290 refrigerant gas.
Do not install or store the unit in an unventilated room with an area smaller than 15 m2. The
room must be arranged so that any refrigerant gas leak cannot stagnate, as there is a risk of
fire or explosion if the refrigerant comes into contact with electric heating elements, heaters
or other ignition sources.
The refrigerant gas may be odorless.
Do not use the product and contact the retailer for advice if there is damage to the unit that
may have affected the refrigeration system.
Repairs or maintenance to the appliance should only be performed by a qualified technician.
Before opening and servicing the appliance, the qualified technician must have a copy of the
manufacturer's service manual and observe the safety information contained therein to
ensure that all risks are minimized.

SAFETY AND ENERGY CONSERVATION TIPS
Do not cover the discharge or intake grilles or restrict airflow.
Keep the grilles clean. Under normal conditions, the grilles only need to be cleaned every three
weeks. Poor air quality may require more frequent cleaning.
Before initial operation, set the fan speed to maximum and the thermostat 4-5 degrees lower
than the current temperature. Then set the fan knob to low and set the thermostat to the
desired setting.
To protect the unit, it is not recommended to use the cooling mode when the ambient
temperature exceeds 55°C.
Do not use the unit when the outdoor temperature is lower than 4°C. Use at lower
temperatures may cause irreparable damage.
