INSTALLATION
Stick the supplied installation template in place on the wall
and make sure the reference line is level.
Use the 180 mm core drill bit to drill the two holes for the ventilation of
the units.
CAUTION: Make sure both holes are aligned with the template!
Next, use the template to mark the location of the screws for the
suspension rail. Check that the rail will hang straight using a level. If so,
drill the marked holes with the 8 mm drill bit and insert the dowels. Align
the suspension rail with the holes and fix the rail in place with the screws
provided.
MONOBLOCK AIR CONDITIONER
This unit is vented directly through the back, so it should
be installed on an exterior wall.
Only install the unit on a flat, solid and reliable wall.
Make sure there are no cables, pipes, steel beams or
other obstacles behind the wall.
Leave at least 10 cm of space to the left, right and
bottom of the unit. At least 20 cm space should be left
above the unit for proper airflow.
Drill an opening for the drain pipe with the 25mm drill
bit. Make sure the opening has a downward angle (min.
5 degrees) so that the water can drain properly. A drain
that does not work properly can cause irreparable
damage to the unit. So check the pipe regularly for
debris and clean if necessary. It is recommended to
insulate the drain to keep it frost-free even at lower
temperatures.
