programmes with predefined settings. Simply indicate the values required

(temperature and time) and the oven will manage the cooking cycle
automatically. Place the dough on the 2nd shelf after preheating the oven.
To burn off spatters produced during cooking with an extremely high
AUTOMATIC temperature cycle (approx. 500°). Two auto-cleaning cycles are available: a
OVEN complete cycle (PYRO) and a shorter cycle (ECO). The complete cycle is best
CLEANING used only in the case of very dirty ovens, while the shorter cycle should be
used at regular intervals.
