M E N U Setting the VCR RF out System The VCR RF out system and channel is used to connect the SV-2000M to a TV with RF coaxial jacks. The RF out system is automatically set by country selection (See page 12).
The initial setting of the RF OUT channel is CH60. In order to view signals from the RF out connector on your TV, you must set the RF OUT channel on the VCR matches the TV channel. Press the MENU button on the remote control.

Receiving Stereo Broadcasts The VCR can receive and record stereo broadcasts. STEREO The VCR records the same audio on both the Hi-Fi linear tracks on the tape. Press the AUDIO button on the remote control or AUDIO OUT button in the front panel to select stereo.

The cassette is rewound automatically when the end of the tape is reached. If you press the VCR STANDBY/ON button while a cassette is being rewound, the VCR switches off automatically when the beginning of the cassette is reached.
Searching for a Specific Sequence Each time you record a cassette on this VCR, an “index” is automatically marked on the tape when recording starts. The Search function enables you to fast-forward or rewind to a specific index and start playback from that point.

It is an infringement of copyright laws to copy prerecorded cassettes or to re-record them in any form without the permission of the owners of the corresponding copyright.
