3. Re-attach both Battery Lids.

You can power the Base Station with one LP-E6 batteries at a time. Battery life will obviously be twice as
long if you use two at the same time.
See the "TECHNICAL DATA" section for battery life information.
If you wish to use both the Pole Battery and two LP-E6 for maximum field painting time, you must load the LP-E6
batteries into the Base Station first. You can then attach the Pole Battery.
The Base Station will use the power from the Pole Battery first until it is fully depleted. The Base Station will then
switch to the LP-E6 batteries.

DO NOT allow the Pole Battery to discharge completely as doing so can cause permanent damage. The
Pole Battery may fail to hold a charge if it has drained to zero percent.
If you intend to use the LP-E6 batteries after the Pole Battery in one painting session, remove the Pole Battery when
it has about 25-percent charge remaining.
