5.1 Troubleshooting Introduction

The Turf Tank System is a complex, interdependent collection of components. It is easy for one small thing that
needs adjustment to prevent other elements from working correctly. Most such situations are easily remedied.

5.1.1 General Troubleshooting

If the Robot will not boot up, or if the Robot
boots up but will not move, check the
following:
 
If the Robot boots up and will move
manually, but shows no connection
between the Base Station and the Robot, or
the satellites are showing red on the app,
despite the Base Station showing a strong
green satellite indicator, check the
following:
 
Whenever you take one of the above steps, it is helpful to reboot the Robot and the Tablet. Shut them down
completely, then power up again. For shutting down the Robot please see "POWER OFF THE ROBOT".
Still having trouble? Call or text your Turf Tank Representative or "SUPPORT" for help.
Are the batteries in the Tablet, the Robot, and the Base Station
fully charged?
Is the Robot Battery seated properly in its compartment? Is the
compartment latch locked?
Are the antennas attached to the Base Station and the Robot?
Is the Tablet connected to the Robot's WiFi? After restarting the
Robot, was the Tablet reconnected to the Robot's WiFi?
Is "Roaming Data" turned on in the Tablet's settings?
Do the App and Robot's software versions match? Are they
updated to the latest versions?
