6.2.1 Transportation - Base Station
6.2.1.1 Transporting the Pole Battery
The Pole Battery and its accessories must always be transported in the Accessory Box.
6.2.1.2 Transporting the Base Station
The Base Station and its accessories must always be transported in the Accessory Box.
6.2.2 Storage - Base Station
6.2.2.1 Store the Pole Battery
•
Remove the Power Cable from the Pole Battery and Base Station.
•
Remove the Pole Battery from the Base Station.
•
Store the battery at 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius) or cooler.
•
Battery capacity should be between 40 and 50 percent for optimum storage.
•
Store the Pole Battery and Power Cable in the Accessory Box in a dry and frost-free environment.
6.2.2.2 Store the Base Station
•
Disconnect the Pole Battery.
•
Remove LP-E6 batteries, if used.
•
Disconnect the Antenna.
•
Attach the protective cap onto the Antenna Port.
•
Attach the cap onto the Charging Port.
•
Store the Base Station and the Antenna in the Accessory Box in a dry and frost free environment.
6.2.2.3 Returning from Storage
•
Charge the Pole Battery to full capacity.
•
Charge LP-E6 batteries to full capacity.
6.2.3 Disposal - Base Station
Obey local recycling requirements and all applicable regulations.
