USB interface
Connection with PC
1. Connect USB cable into USB connector on the PC.
2. Connect USB cable into the proper terminal of camcorder. (USB jack)
Reference
If you disconnect the USB cable from PC or camcorder during transferring, the data transmission may stop and it could cause to damage data.
If you connect the USB cable to PC via USB HUB or connect the USB cable with other USB devices simultaneously, The camcorder may not work
properly.
– In this case, remove other USB devices from the PC and reconnect the camcorder.
If the PC trys to find driver files after program installation, identify the path (folder) as following
– D:\Driver (When CD-ROM is set to "D:")
If the USB cable is connected to camcorder, DELETE,
are not available in the DSC-PLAYER mode and the START/STOP button is not available in DSC-CAMERA mode.
If you connect the IEEE 1394(DV) and USB at the same time, the USB may not operate normally function.
