Setting the Digital Zoom

As well as the 10x optical zoom, this Memory Camcorder supports
10x digital zoom which produces a total of 100x zoom.
Exceeding the optical zoom limit will automatically
engage the digital zoom when available. Digital zoom
may produce a grainy picture.
1. Press the [POWER] button to turn on the
Memory Camcorder.
◆ The Movie Record screen appears.
2. Set the Photo mode by pressing the [MODE]
button.
◆ The Photo Capture screen appears.
3. Press the [MENU] button.
Move the [Joystick] left /right to select <Digital
Zoom>.
4. Move the [Joystick] up / down to select an
option, and then press the [Joystick(OK)].
◆ <On>: Enables digital zoom. Attempts to zoom
in more than 10x will automatically apply
digital zooming.(up to 100x)
◆ <Off>: Disables digital zoom. Only optical zoom
10x will be supported for zooming
5. Press the [MENU] button to exit the menu.
◆ When using the digital zoom switch, a digital
zoom indicator appears on the screen.
[ Note ]
✤ While the menu screen is displayed, pressing the
[Record / Stop] button will move to Photo Capture
mode.

acceuillir un zoom numérique 10x pour un maximum
de zoom de 100x. Si vous excédez la limite du zoom
optique, le zoom numérique (si disponible) s'actionne
automatiquement. Le zoom numérique peut produire
une image légèrement grenue.
1. Appuyez sur la touche [POWER] pour mettre
le caméscope sous tension.
◆ L'écran Movie Record apparaît.
2. Réglez le mode Photo
touche [MODE].
◆ L'écran Photo Capture apparaît.
3. Déplacez le [Joystick] vers la gauche ou vers
la droite pour sélectionner <Digital Zoom>.
4. Déplacez le [Joystick] vers le haut ou vers
le bas pour sélectionner une option, puis
appuyez sur [Joystick(OK)].
◆ <On> : active le zoom numérique. Si
vous tentez de zoumer à plus de
10x, le zoom numérique s'active
automatiquement (jusqu'à 100x).
◆ <Off> : désactive le zoom numérique. Seul le
zoom optique 10x est activé.
5. Appuyez sur la touche [MENU] pour quitter le
menu.
◆ Lorsque vous utilisez l'interrupteur du zoom
numérique, le témoin Digital Zoom s'affiche.

✤ Si vous appuyez sur la touche [Record / Stop]
pendant que l'écran menu est affiché, l'appareil
