Replacing the fan

Procedure

1 Place the fan on the palm rest and align the screw holes on the fan with
the screw holes on the base frame.
2 Replace the screws that secure the fan to the base frame.
3 Route the fan cable through the routing guides and connect it to the
system board.
4 Adhere the I/O-board cable to the fan and connect it to the system
board.

Post-requisites

1 Replace the battery.
2 Replace the base
