MODEL DESCRIPTION

All Models
All TQ3-20 Toast-Qwik Conveyor Toasters are fast, reliable,
®
and versatile. Toast-Qwik toasters feature long lasting,
serpentine metal-sheathed heating elements, a permanently
lubricated conveyor motor, a Color Control knob, and three
selector keys. The Color Control knob controls the speed of
the conveyor belt. The selector keys are used to put the toaster
into Bread mode, Bun mode, or PowerSave mode, depending
on which key is pressed.
All TQ3-20 conveyor toasters include a toast feed ramp,
a removable crumb tray, a removable toast slide rack,
an expandable toast tray, a removable fan filter, an over-
temperature warning, and a factory attached 6' (1829 mm)
power cord and plug.
PowerSave Mode
TQ3-20 Conveyor Toasters feature an energy-saving
PowerSave mode that reduces heat levels to 50% of full power.
The toaster enters PowerSave mode when the PowerSave
( ) key is pressed on the control panel. Full power to
the toaster is restored by pressing the "bread" ( ) or "bun"
( ) key. The unit will be back up and ready for toasting within
5 minutes.
During recovery from PowerSave mode, the ColorGuard
system will slow down the conveyor speed for consistent toast
color. Full conveyor speed will be achieved in approximately 10
minutes, depending on how much the heat output level of the
elements was reduced during PowerSave mode.
ColorGuard System
All TQ3-20 Conveyor Toasters use a patented ColorGuard
sensing system. The ColorGuard sensing system monitors
and adjusts conveyor speed and chamber temperature
automatically during high usage periods and recovery from
PowerSave mode for consistent toast color.

Model TQ3-20
Model TQ3-20 is a two-slice toaster that allows for toasting
of bread products up to 1-3/4" (44 mm) thick and 9-5/8"
(244 mm) wide.
Model TQ3-20H
Model TQ3-20H includes the same features as model
TQ3-20, but has a 3" (76 mm) high opening allowing for the
toasting of food items up to 2-3/4" (70 mm) thick.
