• Do not exceed two levels for stacked installation.
• Install a roof cover similar to A (field supply),
as the outdoor units with downward drainage are prone to
dripping.
• Install the upper-level outdoor unit so that its bottom frame
is a sufficient height above the roof cover. This is to prevent
the buildup of ice on the underside of the bottom frame.
(A space of at least 500mm is recommended.)
• II is not necessary to install a roof cover if there is no
danger of drain dripping.
In this case, the space between the upper and lower
outdoor units should be at least 100mm. (Close off the gap
between the upper and lower units so there is no reintake of
discharged air.)
