Known issues with HDMI 1.2 source devices: Older compatibility (HDMI 1.2) may result in HDBaseT transmission issues. Please contact Technical Support of Stoltzen for a solution to these issues. Color lose or poor picture quality: Ensure that the HDMI cables used for both the source and transmitter and the receiver and display are properly connected and are of good quality. -
