PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF FAULTS

Detected faults

Defects and damage must be reported to Zirkonzahn immediately. Repairs and
troubleshooting should be done only under their guidance or in accordance with the

- Check power supply and restore it if necessary.
- Check whether the emergency switch is activated and deactivate it if necessary.
- Restart the system.

Milling process does not start

- Insert the necessary milling burs into the tool changing magazine.

Collet chuck does not open - Changing of the burs is not working

- Check air pressure connection.
