I want to upgrade the firmware, where to get the firmware?
I got the firmware from official website Upgrade mismatch ERROR
Before upgrading firmware of Hikvision camera, we need to download the corresponding
firmware in advance.
When downloading the firmware ，usually the customers download firmware from official
website. Some camera has the same model name , the only difference is the Hikvision device
model has（capital letter）behind it, but they have two different firmware. For example，
DS-2CD2347G2-LSU/SL (C) and DS-2CD2347G2-LSU/SL . For customers，they could
not distinguish the difference between DS-2CD2347G2-LSU/SL (C) and DS-2CD2347G2-
LSU/SL, when then download the firmware from officail website, they could upgrade failed
and consult us
