Disconnect the battery before servicing or cleaning the machine. Use only RURIS battery. Do not dispose of batteries in fire, the cells may explode. Consult local regulations for possible special disposal instructions.

Do not place battery tools or their batteries near fire or heat. This will reduce the risk of explosion. Do not crush, drop or damage the battery. Do not use a damaged battery or charger. Do not point the tool at people or pets. When not in use, the tool should be stored indoors in a dry, locked area out of the reach of children.

The battery benefits from the "α UP-Innovation RURIS" function. This function helps the battery when it reaches the critical discharge threshold. Ruris came up with an innovation in the system of cells inside the battery, through which the battery can be recharged after a long period of time in which it has been discharged.

6. MAINTENANCE Before each use, inspect the entire product for damaged, missing, or loose parts such as screws, nuts, bolts, caps, etc. Tighten all fasteners securely. Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts.. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.

Replacing the cutting wire fig 11. ■ Remove the battery. ■ Remove the spool from the cutting head. NOTE: Remove any trimming wire remaining on the spool. Cut a piece of cutting line about 3m long. Insert the cutting wire into the anchor hole at the top of the spool. Wrap the cutting line around the top of the coil clockwise as indicated by the arrows in the picture.
