The brackets attached to the tv wobble from side to side. The screws, washer , and spacer are firmly screwed into the tv. Is that ok?

No, it is not normal for the brackets of the Commercial Electric MB-64649 TV mount to wobble from side to side when the screws, washers, and spacers are securely attached. The manual instructs that the screws should be tightened so the brackets are firmly attached, without overtightening. Wobbling may indicate improper installation or the use of incorrect hardware.
