Answer / Solution
Unplug the cord from the electrical
outlet. Verify the voltage is 110/120V
AC with a voltage tester. If not, switch
to a different electrical outlet with
the proper voltage before operating
the appliance.

outlet.
2.Wait 10 minutes for the cooktop
and cookware to cool down, and
then reconnect the cord to the
electrical outlet.
3.Turn the cooktop back on and listen
for the fan to run.
4.Ensure the cooktop is at least 4
inches away from any obstruction
to avoid potential hazards.
5.If the error continues, try using
cookware with a larger surface.
