TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Cooktop does not work.
The LED Display is on, but the
fan is not running, nor is the
cookware heating up.
The appliance suddenly stops
heating during operation and
shuts down.
Error Codes
When malfunctions happen, the LED screen will display the following error codes as a reminder.
Code
Possible Cause
Proper cookware is
- -
not detected.
The plug may not be securely inserted into the electrical
outlet.
The circuit breaker may be malfunctioning or has tripped.
Using cookware that is not magnetic and not compatible
with induction cooking.
Not centering the pan on the Cookware Alignment Guide.
A damaged cooktop surface, such as a crack or break.
Heating empty cookware.
A blocked Cool Air Inlet and Fan or Heat Vent causing
the cooktop to overheat.
Unplugging the appliance while in use.
Tripping of the fuse or circuit breaker during use.
Answer / Solution
Reset the cooktop, and place the
correct cookware back on the
cooktop within 70 seconds. This will
automatically reset the cooktop.
Alternatively, you can unplug the
cord from the electrical outlet, wait
one minute, and plug it back in.
Once you've reset the cooktop,
ensure that the proper cookware is
placed on the cooktop and turn the
appliance back on.
