P(Power) Mode vs. C (Temperature) Mode
If a specific cooking temperature is not required, we suggest using P Mode instead of
C Mode. To quickly bring a pot of water to boil, use a higher power level setting. For frying or
browning food, C Mode is preferred, because the built-in microprocessor monitors and regulates
the cookware temperature to the preset temperature. Frying or browning food using Power
Mode may overheat the cookware, and in some cases, extremely high temperatures may
damage your cookware or cooktop.
99-Minute Automatic Timer
1.The timer may be used under either Mode.
2.Press the Timer Button while the appliance is working. The default timer is 30 minutes with
the LED displaying '30'.
3.Turn the Adjustment Knob to set the desired cooking time (1- 99 minutes, the left and right
timers sync together under Entire Pan C Mode), the LED display will flash for 5 seconds with
the selected time to confirm the timer is set.
4.While the timer is running, the LED flashes with the selected Level and the preset timing
until the timer ends. Long press the Timer Button to cancel the timer.
5.When the preset timer ends, the induction cooktop beeps once, and the LED will display '- -'.
Note: the timer will not display a countdown to let you know how many minutes are
remaining. It will only display the original timer setting you selected.
