Problem

Cause
The remote control has
not been properly
connected to the drone.
• Check the batteries on
the drone and the
remote control.
• The battery has not
been installed
correctly.
The drone battery is low.
Troubleshooting
Refer the "Connect the
remote to the drone"
instructions in the "Before
First Use" section.
• Install fully charged and
fresh batteries into the
drone and remote
control.
• Remove the drone
battery and reinstall it
ensuring the battery
terminals are making
contact with the power
input on the drone.
Charge the battery or
replace it with a charged
battery.
