Instructions
Rinse and clean fresh cauliflowers and prepare
florets. Add 100 ml water into the glass steamer.
Put the cauliflowers on the insert tray in the
glass steamer. Cover with lid. After cooking,
stand for 2-3 minutes.
Weigh the fresh pumpkins, washing and cutting
into similar sizes or cubes. Add 100 ml water
into the glass steamer. Put the pumpkins on the
insert tray in the glass steamer. Cover with lid.
After cooking, stand for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse and peel the potatoes and cut into a
similar size. Add 100 ml water into the glass
steamer. Put the potatoes on the insert tray in
the glass steamer. Cover with lid. After cooking,
stand for 2-3 minutes.
Add 100 ml water into the glass steamer. Put the
frozen vegetable on the insert tray in the glass
steamer. Cover with lid. After cooking, stand for
2-3 minutes.

plums, apricots, mangoes or pineapple) after
peeling, washing and cutting into similar sizes
or cubes. Add 100 ml water into the glass
steamer. Put fruits on the insert tray in the glass

Put the white rice into the glass steamer. Add
400 ml cold water. Cover with lid. After cooking,
stand for 5 minutes.
