Exceeded max. stored files in

IEEE 802.11b (Wireless LAN)
has a problem.
Output tray has been
changed.
Paper in staple tray. Open
Finisher Cover and remove
paper.
Paper type of XXX is mis-
matched.
Select another tray from fol-
lowings and press [Continue].
To cancel job, press [Reset].
Paper type can also be
changed in User Tools.
Causes
The maximum number of
stored files has been exceeded
during Sample Print or
Locked Print.
The maximum number of
stored pages has been exceed-
ed during Sample Print or
Locked Print.
The PDF file cannot be printed
due to file system error.
The maximum hard disk area
size for form/font has been ex-
ceeded.
An HDD overflow error oc-
curred during Sample Print or
Locked Print.
An error has occurred in the
hard disk drive.
IEEE 802.11b interface unit
was not inserted when the ma-
chine was turned on, or it was
pulled out after the machine
turned on.
The output tray has been
changed because of the paper
size limitation of the selected
tray.
There is paper remaining in-
side the finisher.
Type and thickness of the pa-
per to be printed on differ
from the machine's paper set-
tings.
Troubleshooting
Solutions
Delete some stored files or re-
duce file sizes.
Reduce the number of pages
to be printed.
Check the PDF file for errors.
Delete unused form / font
types.
Delete some stored files, or re-
duce the size of the file to be
downloaded.
Turn off the main power
switch, and back on again. If
the message appears again,
contact your sales or service
representative.
Turn off the machine and
check the IEEE 802.11b inter-
face unit is inserted correctly.
Then, turn the machine on
again. If the message appears
again, call your service center.
Select the correct output tray.
Open the cover of the finisher,
and remove the paper.
Set paper type and thickness
using [Tray Paper Settings] in
System Settings. For details,
see General Settings Guide.
