Problem
When a correct password is
entered, you cannot print doc-
uments that appear in the con-
fidential box or bulletin board
box, or transmit / print out
stored documents.
[ProgDest] or [Manual Input]
does not appear.
The following functions are
not available: relay transfer,
memory transfer, [Document
Registration] in the F code bul-
letin box, F code relay and dis-
tribution, distribution of
SMTP received E-mail, and
polling transmission.
Other party reception is not
possible after group specifica-
tion and memory transfer.
Although a group specifica-
tion has been done to the fol-
lowing parties, the reception
was not possible.
Receiving station of a transfer
box; End receiver of Forward-
ing; Forward destination of
Special Sender Forwarding;
Reception report e-mail of re-
ceived documents; Destina-
tion(s) of transmission result
notification; Distribution of
SMTP received e-mails.
"Updating the destination
list... Please wait. Specified
destination(s) or sender's
name has been cleared." ap-
pears, and operations are not
possible.
Causes and solutions
Documents are locked by a se-
curity function when incorrect
passwords are entered a cer-
tain number of times. Contact
the administrator.

Check whether 500 or more
destinations in total are regis-
tered in a group.
A maximum of 500 parties can
be specified for a group.
Check if there are registered
over the specified numbers in
the address book. If a group
has been registered in another
group, it will not transmitted
even in case of specifying in
the 1 to 5 of the transfer box in
spite that it will not be dis-
played as error at time of spec-
ifying.
The destination list is being
updated from the network us-
ing SmartDeviceMonitor for
Admin. Depending on the
number of destinations to be
updated, there may be some
delay before you can resume
operation. Operations are not
possible while this message is
displayed. Wait until the mes-
sage disappears. Do not
switch off the power while
this message is displayed.
