I had to turn my gas off but can’t get the pilot relight
To relight the pilot on a Toastmaster TMGM36 gas appliance, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the main valve to the unit and wait 5 minutes to clear any gas.
2. Ensure all knobs and pilot valves are turned off.
3. Turn on the main valve.
4. Light all pilot flames. The best access for lighting the pilot is from the bottom of the unit just behind the center wall.
5. Observe the pilot flames through the front panel view ports.
6. Adjust the pilot light flames to be as small as possible while still being high enough to light the burner immediately when the burner valve is turned on high.
Note: The griddle has standing pilots that should be lit immediately after the gas is turned on.
