    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Before using for the first time, clean the Griddle as outlined in the CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS (see USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS). 2. Insert Drip Tray into rails under Griddle. 3. Turn Variable Temperature Control to OFF. Insert Probe firmly into Probe Receptacle, pushing until it is securely in place.
