15. Storage

If you do not intend to use the PC over a longer period of time, store it in a cool,
dry place and make sure that it is protected from dust and extreme temperature
fluctuations.
Remove all media from the optical drive, the USB ports and the card reader.
Remove all cables and connected peripheral devices.
When storing the device if not in use, we recommend using a protective
sleeve or suitable bag to protect the device from dust and dirt.
16. Upgrades/modifi cations and repairs
Upgrades and modifications to your PC should only be carried out by qualified
specialists. If you do not possess the required qualifications, have the work carried
out by a suitably qualified service technician. Please contact customer services if
you have technical problems with your PC.
If a repair must be carried out, please contact only our authorised service partners.

16.1. Information for service technicians

 Disconnect all power and connection cables before opening the housing. If the
PC is not disconnected from the power supply before opening, there is a risk of
fatal electric shock. There is also a risk of components being damaged.
 Internal components in the PC can be damaged by electrostatic discharge
(ESD). Carry out repairs, as well as system upgrades and modifications, at an ESD
workplace. If such a workplace is not available, wear an antistatic cuff or ensure
you are touching an earthed, metallic object. Fees will be charged for repairs to
damage resulting from improper handling.
 Only use original replacement parts.
