12 - Timecode reception function
12 - 4 Pairing with a different supported
Atomos product
Initialize the pairing data to connect with a different supported Atomos
product when already paired with a supported Atomos product.
Initializing will enable pairing with a different device.

Initializing pairing data

To initialize pairing data, use 26: TC FORGET on the Menu Screen.
Setting items (default value underlined)
NO / YES
NO: Return to the Menu Screen.
YES: Initialize the data. After formatting completes, the Menu Screen
reappears. If connected, the connection will be interrupted.
1.
When the Home Screen is open, press the MENU button to open
the Menu Screen.
2.
Use the . [j] and / [k] buttons to select 26: TC FORGET,
and press the 7'9 [ENTER] button.
3.
Use the . [j] and / [k] buttons to select YES, and press the
7'9 [ENTER] button.
This will initialize the pairing data
NOTE
"Not Available" will be shown if no pairing data has been saved
and initialization is unnecessary. Press the MENU button to
return to the Menu Screen.

12 - 5 Using remote control with timecode
running free
The remote control app can be used with the unit running free using the
timecode that it last received.
1.
Turn on the timecode function and synchronize the timecode with a
supported Atomos product. (see "Turning on the timecode function"
on page 35) (see "Pairing with supported Atomos products" on
page 35)
2.
End timecode synchronization with the supported Atomos product.
(see "Ending pairing with supported Atomos products" on page 35)
The unit will start running freely based on the last received timecode
data.
NOTE
Free running will use the clock position of this unit.
3.
Connect with the DR-10L Pro CONNECT dedicated control app. (see
"Connecting with the dedicated control app" on page 32)
By following the above procedures, the remote control app can be used
with the unit running free using the timecode that it last received.
