issues
Problem
Patient controller is
not communicating
with the generator.
Possible Cause
Patient controller is off
or has timed out and is
in standby mode.
The patient controller
is unable to pair to the
generator because the
generator is not
sensing the magnet.
Patient controller
battery is drained.
Bluetooth® wireless
connection is not
strong or turned off.

Possible Solution
Wake up the patient
controller, see "Using a
Provided Device".
Position the magnet
perpendicular to and
centered directly over
the generator site. See
"Starting and Stopping
Stimulation Using the
Magnet" (page 35).
Charge the patient
controller battery.
Decrease the distance
between the devices.
Move the devices away
from other devices that
may be causing
interference.
Move the devices so they
share line of sight.
Do not operate other
wireless devices at the
same time.
Disconnect any
Bluetooth® wireless
media accessories (such
as headphones or
speakers).
Wait a few minutes and
try connecting again.
