    Q-Pumps S.A. de C.V. Warranty Q-Pumps guarantees that all manufactured and sold products are free from defects in materials and manufacture for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. The warranty does not apply to products which require repair or replacement due to what is considered normal wear.

    If you receive the equipment in poor condition or it is lost during transportation, file a claim with the carrier immediately. The transport service provider is responsible for collecting the goods, Q-Pumps ensure they received them in perfect conditions. Receiving the pump The pump inlet and outlet ports are covered prior to shipment to ensure that no foreign materials enter inside the pump during shipping.
