Mounting

The personal protective equipment is explained in the
following paragraph:

The roller driver can be adapted to the width of the

girder (rail width 55 - 220 mm, min. girder width de-

pending on the model).
CAUTION!
Danger of crushing!

If improper work is carried out on tthe roller driver,
there is a risk of injury to fingers and hands.
- Observe the weight of the roller driver when
placing the guide rollers on the carrier. Ensure that
the guide rollers are firmly supported.
Fig. 5: Mounting parts
Step 1: Check the parts for wear or damage.
Step 2: Measure the width of the steel beam.
Step 3: Screw the threaded rod into the threaded holes
of the side panels.
Step 4: Set the desired dimension for the position of the
guide rollers according to the width of the steel
beam by adjusting the threaded rod. Note a la-
teral clearance of approx. 3 to 5 mm between
the wheel flanges and the carrier running sur-
face.
Step 5: Place the roller driver on the carrier and slide it
on to check for ease of movement.
Step 6: Mount travel limits to prevent the roller driver
from rolling over the beam.
