Circulator blower motor horse power in shared
data set does not match circulator blower motor


Circulator blower motor is operating in a power,

temperature, or speed limiting condition.
Circulator blower motor senses a loss of rotor
control.


resize and/or replace ductwork if necessary.
Check filters, filter grille, registers, duct system
and equipment inlet/outlet for blockage, make
necessary corrections and retest.
Check circulating blower for obstructions.
Repair or replace blower motor or wheel as
required.
Check circulating blower shaft for proper rotation.
Check voltage to furnace and verify within
nameplate specified range.
Check for locked rotor condition.
Check integrated control module and verify it is
populated with the correct shared data.
