Jams and blockages

  1. If the brush bar has jammed or there is a blockage, the battery will display a solid amber light for 5 seconds.

  2. The tools can block sometimes too, so remove these from the main unit before checking for blockages.

  3. A light above the main unit's window allows you to check when the bag is full. You can also check for blockages.

  4. Remove the battery and bag and look through the nozzle. Remove any blockages.

If the bag is full or there is a blockage, there will be a reduction in suction.
