Tens 7000 continues to run after the therapy cycle completes but the screen does not show any display. Unable to switch off when the on/off button is pressed. What do I do?

If the COMPASS HEALTH TENS 7000 Rechargeable continues to run after the therapy cycle and the screen is blank, manually turn off the device by pressing and holding the On/Off switch until the display goes blank and the device powers off. In an emergency, pull the connector(s) from the device and remove the electrode pads, but only after the device is turned off to avoid electric shocks.

    SET UP INSTRUCTIONS Prepping the Treatment Area Proper preparation of the treatment area, covered by the electrodes, allows more stimulation to reach targeted tissues, prolongs electrode life, and reduces the risk of skin irritation.
