    2. Introduction 2.1 Explanation of TENS Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a non-invasive, drug-free method of pain control. TENS uses tiny electrical impulses sent through the skin to nerves to modify your pain perception. 2.2 Explanation of EMS Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (EMS) sends electronic pulses to the muscle needing treatment, causing the muscle to exercise passively.

    7. Operating Instructions 7.1 Charging the Battery Insert the USB-C Cable into the charging port of the device. Then connect the standard USB plug of the cable to the appropriate power supply device which can output max. 5V/2A. When the battery indictor stops rolling and is at full status, remove the USB-C Cable from the charging port of the device.

    Note Before Use ● DO NOT use this device during charging. ● The backlight of the screen will automatically come off after 30 seconds of no operation; the machine will automatically shut down when the set time is over. ● You may experience tingling, trembling, or muscle pulling when using the device, so please try out all the modes and select the one that's most comfortable for you.

    7.3 Using Your Device 1. Clean and dry the application area. DO NOT attach electrode pads to hairy and broken skin. NOTE: Use the electrode pads on hairless, clean skin with no oil or sweat present, as these will reduce electrode pad adhesion. 2.
  • Page 17 3. Grab the corner of the electrode pad and peel it off the protective film. DO NOT pull the wire directly. Attach one pair of electrode pads to the massage area and press the edge of the electrode pads firmly on your skin to make sure there is full contact.
  • Page 18 5. Mode selection: Select a mode by pressing the [M] button. There are 3 modes (TENS, EMS, MASS) to choose from. NOTE: The intensity of the channel will revert to the lowest setting with each mode selection. 6. Program selection: Select a program by pressing the [ and [ ] buttons.
