    External Module Synchronization Description Troubleshooting OBDII feature not supported. The diagnostic data bus was not detected, therefore the SmartStart features will be limited.     To exit feature programming, press and hold the programming button for 3 seconds or ensure there is no activity on the interface for 30 seconds.
